Tamako TAMAI

Tamako TAMAI is an adult merchant with exotic eyes and brown hair. She is the main character in the anime series "Dagashi Kashi". Tamako is a kind and caring person who loves to eat sweets. She is also very knowledgeable about dagashi, which is a type of Japanese candy. Tamako's family owns a dagashi shop, and she helps out with the business. Hotaru is the daughter of a wealthy businessman who owns a large candy company. Hotaru is interested in dagashi, and she joins the Dagashi Kashi Club. Tamako and Hotaru become friends, and they enjoy spending time together eating dagashi. One day, Hotaru's father visits the dagashi shop. He is impressed with Tamako's knowledge of dagashi, and he offers her a job at his company. Tamako is hesitant at first, but she eventually accepts the job. She moves to Tokyo to work for Hotaru's father, and she leaves her family and friends behind.
